2015 MATCH PLAY TOURNAMENT RULES
- Sign up by Thursday June 4, 2015 on the sign-up sheet located on the ledge in the 19th
- $20 entry fee.
- “Official” handicaps as of June 4, 2015 will be used. Players without an “official” handicap may still enter the tournament but should submit a proposed handicap. The golf committee shall determine final handicaps for those players who don’t have an “official” handicap.
- The golf committee will determine the final bracket format after the entry deadline.
- Bracket assignments will be determined by a blind draw. Final brackets will be revealed following play on June 11, 2015 “Stag.”
- Single elimination.
- Matches must be played within 10 days of being assigned.
- All matches will be 9 holes in length except the championship and consolation matches, which will both be 18 holes in length.
- Semifinal matches will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday August 2, 2015, with the championship and consolation matches directly afterwards.
- Top 4 places pay.
- 2-person best shot tournament open only to previously eliminated participants in the match play event will also be held on August 2, 2015.
- Additional $10 entry fee for participants in the 2-person best shot.
- 2-person best shot participants will tee off immediately after the championship match.
